Free Shipping is valid online only at eyestar.ca with purchases of CAD 99.00 or more in the same order within Canada. Eligible customers must select the "Above $99 - Free Shipping" option in the shopping cart to activate free shipping. Qualifying amount applies to merchandise only, not gift cards, packaging, applicable taxes or shipping & handling charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipments to US locations. Other remote locations may take up to 15 business days. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. No adjustments on previous purchases. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
STANDARD DELIVERY: Allow up to 10 business days for delivery. For delivery to rural areas in Canada and U.S. delivery may take up to 15 business days.
All orders placed before 11 am EST on a business day will be shipped or custom ordered on the same day.
All other orders will be shipped on the next business day with the exception of:
- Custom orders, uncommon items, and back-ordered items.
- Specialized lenses/contact lenses such as prescription sun, multifocal, toric/astigmatism and extended wear.
All Canadian orders will be trackable through Canada Post service.
All delivery times are approximate only and not guaranteed. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas in Canada and U.S.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed during holiday seasons or on statutory holidays may take longer than specified.
Shipping time for U.S. orders excludes possible customs or brokerage delays. All U.S. orders will be shipped through Canada Post.
All purchases are shipped via Canada Post. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. A delivery confirmation will be emailed to you once we receive notification from Canada Post that your purchase has been delivered.
All purchases must be shipped to a residential address or a place of business for the purchaser in order to sign for and provide proof of delivery to the purchaser.
