Eyestar will replace your frame with an identical frame against manufacturer defects for *Two Years.
* Frame purchases with **additional discounts will remain the frame warranty for one year only.
** Additional discount means any further discount offered more than the current promotion authorized by head office accordingly.
Eyestar will replace your lenses with identical lenses subject to the following terms. All lenses must be coated with premium coatings by Nikon/Essilor (HCC/Crizal or higher). Any lens purchases without premium coating would be then covered one year warranty against manufacturer defects.
- Glass excluded.
- Accidental breakage excluded.
- 90 DAYS from the date of purchase. (One time only)
- 60 days from the date of purchase.
- 7 days from the original date of purchase. All items must be returned in the original conditions, before an exchange is made.
* Our company reserves the right to offer an exchange if additional discount combined with the current promotion.
- Eyestar will adjust and clean your eyeglasses at no charge as long as you own them at any locations in British Columbia and Ontario.
- All prescription lenses are classified as medical devices. Because of the tailored-made items by the state-of-the-art technology, none of any prescription eyewear dispensed are refundable with no exceptions.
